Vane- and piston motors can be equipped with either an “HCV” (hand controlled valve) or an “RCV” (remote controlled valve). These are bolted directly onto the motor and essentially function as a proportional 5/3 way control valve for speed regulation in both directions.

All GLOBE air motors come with a standard silencer, but we can also supply high-flow silencers or extra dampening options to meet dB requirements.
Parking brakes are available for all Globe motor types. These are automatically released when the motor rotates and are applied by spring force when the supply is shut off.
These should not be used as dynamic brakes and are intended only as a static lock for suspended loads or other applications where the motor should not rotate without input. The brake is supplied with the same interface as the motor, making it easy to bolt on as an extension, with the same output shaft and flange.
The motors can be combined with various types of gears, including coaxial, bevel, planetary, etc., in all possible ratios.
These can also be supplied with Atex approval. Stainless steel gearboxes are also available.
