Service and recertification of accumulators

For safe and reliable use – in line with regulations and best practices.

Servi offers maintenance, recertification and documented service of all types of hydraulic accumulators – regardless of brand. We help you meet both pressure vessel requirements and operational reliability in your system.

Why is service important?

  • Accumulators are pressurized equipment and are subject to strict requirements in laws and regulations (including PED, DSB, internal control regulations).
  • Lack of or incorrectly performed service can lead to explosion hazards, malfunctions and risks to life, the environment and material damage.
  • Many systems depend on accumulators for emergency functions (e.g. watertight doors, lifeboats, process valves).
  • Therefore, service must be performed by competent personnel, and you as the owner/user are responsible for ensuring that proper maintenance is carried out.

What do we offer?

Service and control

  • Checking precharge pressure and function
  • Replacing bladders, seals and components
  • Sandblasting and painting according to specifications (incl. NORSOK)
  • Nitrogen pressure filling with 99.98% purity

Reclassification and recertification
