Hepworth (Wynn) tailored for both large ocean-going vessels and smaller workboats, ferries, fishing boats, control cabins and land-based industry. Wynn Straight-Line Wipers – Power, Precision and Good Coverage 

Wynn Straight-Line Wipers are designed for demanding conditions requiring high wiper coverage and operational reliability. Two main models are offered: 

  • Type D MkV – External motor, IP67 rated, perfect for ship bridges.
  • Type C MKV – Internally mounted motor, stylish installation.
  • Wiper blades up to 1000 mm (single) and 2×1000 mm with overlap (double)

  • Stroke length: up to 2260 mm single, 3500 mm double system

  • Operating range: -40°C to tropical conditions
  • Multi-speed (1–7 speeds) with self-parking and interval

  • 24 VDC / 115–230 VAC, single phase and three phase

  • Wiper heating, flushing and air purge functions

  • IP67 motor housing and high-grade marine-grade aluminum arms made of AISI 316 stainless steel

The products are tested on a 3,000-hour saltwater rig and undergo 18+ million wiper cycles before approval.

Hepworth Pantograf and Pendel – Compact and flexible 

 

Hepworth wipers are available as pantograph and pendulum systems, ideal for smaller vessels and control cabins:

  • For windows up to 2200 mm height
    12-230 VDC/VAC
  • Built-in EMC filter and isolated return
  • Control via simple switches to our Servi Vision Control

Control systems – Tailored operation

 

Servi offers a wide range of controllers from simple single wiper panels to modular systems with capacity for up to 100 wipers. 

Wynn control panels (selection): 

  • 1000 Series – For 1-4 wipers, easy operation, 1 speed

  • 2000 Series – Up to 6 wipers with group/individual control

     

  • 6000 Series – Next generation modular control (also touchscreen)

     

  • 8000 Series – Rack-mounted solution for larger vessels

     

  • 8224 and Cole Hersee – Compact controls with heating, flushing and parking

All controllers support functions like: 

  • Self-parking and interval mode

     

  • Washing and heating

     

  • Master/group control

     

  • Compatible with 12-230 V power supply.

Servi vision control

PLC-based system – 1-7 speeds + variable interval – zone/group control – automatic washing program – touch screens, can be combined with switch panel – for up to 100 wipers – easy integration with AIS systems – secure communication with Modbus TCP IP, among others.
